Qualifications & experience

• At least 1 years related experience is required
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD applications.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work long hours, weekend and Public Holidays when required.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• To assist the Project Manager or Site Manager to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project sites.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments, implementing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Regular site inspection and meticulous on work termination and workmanship.
• Manage materials and equipment logistics, ensuring availability and efficient use of resources.
• To lead and coordinates the project team to ensure collaboration and and to ensure overall progress going towards the right direction.
• To control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.
