Job Description:

  • Lead QC Inspectors according to the working schedule.
  • Oversee and monitor the incoming, in-process and outgoing quality control inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Maintain records of quality control activities and inspection results.
  • Analyze data from quality inspection to identify trend, root cause of issues and develop containment and recovery plans.
  • Conduct daily patrols in production area to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Service Reports and provide daily updates on outcomes.
  • Maintain ISO documentation, procedures and guidelines to achieve consistency of product quality.
  • Develop and train QC personnel on inspection protocols, techniques and equipment usage.
  • Provide training to relevant employee on quality control procedures and standards.
  • Collaborate with field service teams, provide support and guidance to resolve quality issues in the field.
  • Develop and maintain calibration schedules to ensure timely and regular checks on all relevant equipment

Job Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all processes.
