Job Description
- Create a strategic business plan and report to the MD to expand the company's customer base and increase sales revenues and profitability
- Co-ordinate with developers, contractors and consultant QS in the construction industry to meet customers' expectations
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Good team player and possess good communication skills
- Company subsidised car, car maintenance, handphone allowance, parking, toll and entertainment for official business
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, any field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in sales - Engineering / Technical or equivalent
- Strong knowledge, skills and experience in managing project implementation
- Computer literacy with good spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarain have an added advantage
- Candidates must be willing to travel outstation
