Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stores in east Malaysia, identify opportunities to grow sales and increase revenue.
  • Develop and Establishes market with key clients and projects, negotiates and closes deals. (E.g. FMCG Channel).
  • Develop strategies to meet client needs and business goals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Monitor competitors and stay updated on market developments.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential healthcare stores clients, negotiate and secure long-term contracts and agreements.
  • Regularly report business growth and development progress to management.
  • Visit multiple store locations to maintain display consistency, ensure products are well-displayed and organized to attract customers.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and update promotional signage.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and support product launches.
  • Monitor competitors' displays and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports on product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operation and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude can be considered too!!
