Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stores in east Malaysia, identify opportunities to grow sales and increase revenue.
- Develop and Establishes market with key clients and projects, negotiates and closes deals. (E.g. FMCG Channel).
- Develop strategies to meet client needs and business goals.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on market developments.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential healthcare stores clients, negotiate and secure long-term contracts and agreements.
- Regularly report business growth and development progress to management.
- Visit multiple store locations to maintain display consistency, ensure products are well-displayed and organized to attract customers.
- Maintain proper stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
- Ensure accurate pricing and update promotional signage.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and support product launches.
- Monitor competitors' displays and market trends.
- Provide regular reports on product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operation and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven time management and organizational skills.
- Fresh graduates with good attitude can be considered too!!
