Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in timely manner.
- Manage and monitor transactions of company’s account
- Prepare bank reconciliation and follow through matching activities.
- Prepare monthly financial report for management review
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records
- Liaise and work with external auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers & etc.
- To perform ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
- Coordinate and cooperate with other leads in their respective departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 2 ~ 5 years of working experience in related field
- Experience in handling SQL Account System is an added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word are required for this position.
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is necessary.
- Good communication, management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems and ensure timely task completion with minimal supervision
- Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
