  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What would you be doing:

  • Lead and monitor a team of telemarketers.
  • Quality checks and ensure that the standard of work is maintained according to the company’s expectations.
  • Ensure that the team meets the daily, monthly, and yearly KPI targets.
  • Conduct assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and training.
  • Support HR with the onboarding of a new employee.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products.
  • Proactively share existing challenges faced by the team and propose solutions.
  • Analyze data to better understand trends and prepare reports for the management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the Telemarketing industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Detail-oriented in ensuring high standards of work and able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows/processes/procedures/product features.
  • High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic English.
  • Able to identify, think creatively, and build support for innovative and outside-the-box solutions.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Working days, Duty & Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday (full day): 10 am – 7 pm (1-hour break) & Saturday half day:10 am to 2.30 pm
  • Benefits: (medical, outpatient, allowance, overtime, double/triple pay for holidays worked, fixed bonus, performance bonus, commission)
