Job Scope:
- Data entry and document preparation: Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Receipts, etc.
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Liaise with suppliers for estimated arrival dates.
- Liaise with the delivery team regarding customer deliveries.
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the administrative field is required. Experience in the furniture or renovation field is preferable.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Candidates aged 28 and above are preferred.
- Must possess own transport.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
