Job Scope:

  • Data entry and document preparation: Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Receipts, etc.
  • Keep track of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Liaise with suppliers for estimated arrival dates.
  • Liaise with the delivery team regarding customer deliveries.
  • Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the administrative field is required. Experience in the furniture or renovation field is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates aged 28 and above are preferred.
  • Must possess own transport.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Working Area:

  • Eco Business Park 1 (near JB Dato Onn)

Company:

  • U-heng Office Equipment Sdn Bhd (established since 1989, specialized in office and home furniture)

Basic Salary: RM2000-RM2500 (depending on experience)
