Job Responsibilities
- Provide administration support full spectrum of Human Resource function including recruitment, staff onboarding / off boarding process, training & development, industrial relation and other day-to-day HR related matters.
- Assist in handling foreign workers hostel administration, Passport/Work Permit Renewal Fomema arrangement and welfare related issues.
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records, including leave applications, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support the recruitment process by efficiently coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and assisting with candidate onboarding activities
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in managing the organization-wide training & development programmes. This includes arranging employees to participate in internal and external training and maintaining training records.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- Resourceful, dependable and of trustworthy.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening skills.
- Discipline, well organized, show great attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently.
- 2 Positions required : 1 in Seberang Jaya & 1 in Kulim.
