  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

About us

We are an established architectural façade contractor specialize in curtain walling and aluminum glazing for building in construction industry (CIDB G7). We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated, competent and talented individuals to join us.

Qualifications & experience

  • Knowledge of architectural glazing / curtain walling industry
  • Knowledge of costing & element for preparing tender
  • Background as an estimator or architectural technician considered
  • Proven Engineering and Design knowledge, both statics and profile design
  • Technically-minded with ambition to progress
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, such as fabrication and AutoCAD

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Preparing tender, costing and contract administration, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
  • Receiving & interpreting architects drawings & selecting the correct systems for each project
  • Working closely with Design Technical & Project Team Leaders to ascertain the brief to ensure a market leading specification is written in accordance with regulations considering technical factors of a project.
  • Site Valuation with Clients/Sub-Contractor to prepare monthly main progress claim and Sub-Contractor claim
