Role Overview: We are looking for a full-time Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the purchasing processes for Masteel’s factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating purchasing needs, managing supplier relationships, preparing purchase orders, and negotiating contracts to ensure optimal value for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze factory purchase requirements and identify necessary goods and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts following procurement guidelines.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including resolving issues.
• Evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and organizational needs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure the best value.
• Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and relevant data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong skills in purchasing processes, order generation, and management.
• Analytical skills for effective data evaluation and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu is required.
