Senior Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination on overall recruitment process and assisting in group's manpower planning.
  • Manage full cycle of recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interview, and conducting reference checks. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements.
  • Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
  • Strategize, plan, and review manpower resources at organizational level to support business and organizational growth.
  • Ability to lead and design HR training & development, workflow, policies and processes management, performance management and compliance independently.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all local employment relations and compliances to labour laws.
  • Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow
  • Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Prepare attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.
  • Prepare HR, attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare and comply with monthly and yearly statutory submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree, majored in Human Resource Management / Law with relevant experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all local employment relations and compliances to labour laws.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and Malay is preferred.
  • Ability to write and reply official letter, offer letter, labor contract.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws will be an added advantage.
  • Must and able to read and write in Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking colleagues from China)
