HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (LABUAN FT BASED)

Job Description:

• Execute in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires & offboarding of employees.
• Maintain administration of leave, attendance, claim and overtime.
• Execute coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Provide support for performance management processes and employee relations activities.
• Support the preparation of reports and memos.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry and managing office supplies.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Focal point of contact on behalf of Human Resources Department, Head Quarters in term of communication with branch office.
• Perform other duties assigned as and when required.
  

Requirement:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least one (1) year experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
• Possess basic knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and other HR related legal requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport.
