Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate operations and experience liaising with top management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
- Must able to work in Ulu Choh.
