Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate operations and experience liaising with top management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Must able to work in Ulu Choh.
