Costing Executive (Maternity Replacement)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing project cost control tasks in one or more assigned projects, and able to assist in preparation of tenders as required
• Provide support in the area of corporate cost control activities as directed by the Manager Cost Control
• Provide cost control support to the Project Services Manager for assigned projects
• Execute project related cost control activities in accordance with Client contract requirements, project specifications, in alignment with internal procedures
• Plan, execute, measure, assess and manage changes to the plan (budgets) so as to achieve project objectives
• Generate and issue the project monthly client/internal forecast report
• Responsible for project cash and currency forecasting in close cooperation with Finance Controller
• Responsible for project cost close out and submitting experience data to Estimating
• Act as a mentor and resource for new employees, less experienced colleagues and consultants
• Other responsibilities as needed

Requirement:

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
• Meticulous “eye” for detail and accuracy
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Contract & Procurement
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company’s needs
• Desire to grow, take on new responsibilities and establish yourself on our team
