Job Description:
- Responsible on conducting purchasing activities both local & global.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers form orders to invoices.
- Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to warehouse and respective job sites.
- Assist in preparation of purchasing analysis and budgeting.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, research & analyzing the findings.
- Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading and Writing) are additional advantage for this job - to communicate with China suppliers.
