Job Description:

  • Responsible on conducting purchasing activities both local & global.
  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers form orders to invoices.
  • Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices and other important data systematically.
  • Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to warehouse and respective job sites.
  • Assist in preparation of purchasing analysis and budgeting.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, research & analyzing the findings.
  • Good command in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading and Writing) are additional advantage for this job - to communicate with China suppliers.
