Job Description

  1. Befriend with customers in order for them to trust you and take your advice. Their feedback would be the best solution to improve our company's progress as well as our products.
  2. Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolved within a time limit.
  4. Communicating with customers through various support.
  5. Work with the customer service manager to ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  6. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
