Position: Customer Service Executive - Airlines Industry
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Salary: Basic Salary RM 2000
Benefits:
- KPI allowance - up to RM 200

Working Days: 5 days’ work, 2 days' off
Working Hours: 24 x 7 rotational shift (9 working hours)
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
Job Description:
- Handling all outbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company’s products
- Agents are required to contact the customer if the flight has been rescheduled by the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
