- Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel
- Obtain all necessary information
- Checking the availability, arranging appointments and scheduling accordingly
- Provide accurate information (according to product details)
- Assist customers with essential guidance and accurate information
- Monday to Sunday
- 5 Working days (2 Off days)
- 8 Working hours
- Rotational shift
- Base pay up to RM3200.00
- KPI allowance: up RM500.00/month
- Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
- Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur)
- Nearby MRT & LRT Ampang Park station (walking distance)

- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply

- Must possess at least Diploma
