Key Responsibilities:

Employee Hostel Management:

  • Allocate and manage accommodation for employees.

Cleaners and Grass Cutter:

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure that all operations comply with local laws and industry regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on hostel occupancy, environmental performance, cleaners and grass cutter work performance, and canteen operations for management.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections of hostel rooms and the canteen.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships with employees residing in hostels.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Promote a sense of community and well-being within the hostel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the manufacturing or glass industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Malay, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
