  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of company's vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired when necessary.
  • Assist with customers’ vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly and prepare necessary documents.
  • Check vehicle dealers’ request and decide a next step to do considering company’s cost.
  • Manage a team of fleet admin to ensure correct documentations and customer service.
  • Manage a team of driver’s schedule.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as invoices, and maintenance records, etc.
  • Keep up to date on newest technologies and knowledge in the automobile industry.
  • Expand panel workshop and apply credit facility.
  • Expand second hand dealers for disposal cars.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate customer service
  • Working experience in fleet management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Ability to speak and write fluent English language and Mandarin language [o effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients]
