  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Customer Relations at SkyWorld Development Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills for problem-solving, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in managing customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
