JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages event plans, ensure smooth running of events
- Good experiences & contacts in the industry and supplier’s base
- Events budget planning
- Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
- Responsible for all aspects of the event team’s activities (on site)
- Responsible to ensure cash is tally with sales collection during events
- Creative in planning, implementing, meeting timeline & problem solving
- Deal with customer’s complaint
- Deal with team to work and supervise their works as per management’s expectation
- Evaluate event’s success and submit reports to management
- Leadership quality to lead & grow the team
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Basic customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirements
