JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages event plans, ensure smooth running of events
  • Good experiences & contacts in the industry and supplier’s base
  • Events budget planning
  • Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
  • Responsible for all aspects of the event team’s activities (on site)
  • Responsible to ensure cash is tally with sales collection during events
  • Creative in planning, implementing, meeting timeline & problem solving
  • Deal with customer’s complaint
  • Deal with team to work and supervise their works as per management’s expectation
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports to management
  • Leadership quality to lead & grow the team

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
  • Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirements
