Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
- Lead and manage the sales team in achieving the desired sales targets
- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends
- Establish business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities
- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction, service quality and branch operational efficiency
- Enhance the product & industry knowledge
- Motive staff and impart skills and knowledge in service, sales and operations to elevate levels of performance
Job Requirement:
- At least 5 year(s) of working / managerial / leadership experience in the related field OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills such as English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Strong aggressiveness and initiative are must to have
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow through abilities
- Good analytical, problem-solving, multitasking and leadership skills
- Good team player, is self-motivated, capable to work well with all levels of people
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive sales
- Strong leadership abilities, aggressive and results-oriented
- Capable of working under pressure
