Responsibilities:

  • To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement.
  • Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure it is updated accurately and timely.
  • Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled.
  • Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks.
  • To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review.
  • Manage overall inventory accuracy and maintaining stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • To establish and maintain warehouse procedures and system to ensure smooth flow of materials & stocks.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory to prevent damage or loss. This includes security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • Preferable 2 year(s) of working experience in inventory management and warehousing activities.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
  • Possess strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good in problem solving skills.
  • Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
