Your new role
  • Drive the development and execution of regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients in commercial and institutional sectors.
  • Maintain and enhance a robust sales pipeline to ensure alignment with annual quotas.
  • Analyse clients' security, operational, and financial needs to deliver tailored solutions from the full product portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by continuously adapting solutions to meet clients' evolving requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of major projects and obtain client sign-off.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to capitalize on new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
  • 8-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in the security industry
  • Proven track record in sales management, particularly in the security industry, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of architectural hardware solutions, high-security locks, and secure storage systems.
  • Leadership skills to inspire teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions with clients' operational objectives.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic mindset to leverage cross-selling opportunities effectively.
