Job Summary

This role is for supporting Service Delivery - Commercial IT on the new and existing commercial solutions.

Collaboration required with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and implement solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.

The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and effective communication skills.

Role responsibilities

  • Responsible for technology leadership, and governance over new and existing commercial solutions within Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
  • Drive and execute digital initiative implementation for commercial (e.g.): - Distributor Management System, B2B Application, Sales Force Automation, Image Recognition Automation, Cooler Tracking System, Vending Management System etc
  • Gather business requirements, influence technology adoptions with stake holders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system functionalities, processes, and configurations.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and reliability of commercial systems.
  • Ensure solution quality, company policies, project methodologies are met.
  • Support users in delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests and ensuring SLAs are met, troubleshooting of technical issues, etc.
  • Work closely with stake holders, vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance accordance to contract.
  • Prepare training materials and provide training to end-users as needed.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Well verse on report used by commercial and able to advise the usage.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Skills Required

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting commercial application.
  • Successful experience as valuable team member on commercial initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge in commercial to cash processes; B2C; B2B
  • Good communication to articulate business requirements and deliver digital solution initiatives.
