Job Description :- Strategic Partnership Development: Establish and manage relationships with game developers, studios, and blockchain partners.
- Market Expansion: Research new markets, negotiate contracts, and build partnerships to drive revenue and user growth.
- Revenue Growth: Create strategies to onboard new partners and games to increase the platform's revenue.
- Industry Networking: Engage with industry leaders and attend events to enhance GameVault's presence.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and track a pipeline of potential partners, ensuring conversions and analyzing performance.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead discussions and finalize agreements with developers and partners.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on trends in gaming, blockchain, and NFTs to advise on opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and strategic alignment.
Requirement :- Bachelorās degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in the gaming or blockchain industry.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key industry players, partners, and clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and finalizing contracts.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and/or blockchain technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage external stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies tocapture new business.
- Adaptable and quick learner able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin is a plus
