Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with founders and C-suite executives to oversee diverse projects, tasks, and deadlines, actively contributing in meetings.
- Contribute to the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and participate in fundraising meetings with VCs, institutional investors, and HNWIs.
- Conduct thorough market research on competitors, industry landscapes, and emerging business opportunities, including market trends, new products, and services.
- Drive the establishment of new business partnerships with banks, large institutions, and startups.
- Take ownership of and drive various email campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management/Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of finance and key financial concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining client engagement and fostering effective teamwork.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Interest in business development and sales
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to wear multiple hats as needed.
