Job Description:
- Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts and budgets
- Ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives
- Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports
- Implement cost control measures to optimize company expenditures and maintain profitability
- Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for day to day operations
- Lead the financial team, providing guidance, training and support
- Foster collaboration between the finance department and other business units
- Oversee budgeting processess and track actual performance againts budgets
