  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all sales inquiries, including telephone, walk-ins, and email.
  • Meet with clients and conduct property viewings
  • Promote and sell the company's properties effectively.
  • Advise purchasers on bank loan and end financing procedures.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Management.
  • Collect down payments and ensure the signing of Sale & Purchase agreements and loan approvals.
  • Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by Senior Management, Department Head, or direct superior.

Requirements:

  • Candidate possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in property sales.
  • Proven track record in a sales role.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Pleasant, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
