- Retrieving precise briefs from the client & communicate to consult client on the right strategy approach
- Daily managing of ongoing projects, ability to multitask and prioritise, organizing on-hand projects
- Ability to translate the brief into measurable campaign/ brand objective
- In-depth research of a brand’s product, consumers insight, category understanding, and competitors’ activities in the market
- Ability to craft Campaign Big Idea/ Comm Idea by exploring different communication angle
- Work closely with the creative/performance team to outline the entire campaign architecture and touchpoints
- Develop Campaign Gantt Chart and project milestones
- Ability to develop Presentation in a good narrative/storytelling format
- Integrating Post Campaign Reports from all the parties, with key learnings, and areas of improvement for upcoming campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing, or related field with good marketing sense.
- Well-versed in multiple languages will be a bonus
- Clearly understand what our client wants to prevent any misunderstanding
- Possesses a creative mind to offer new ideas and to offer feedback, open to accepting constructive criticism
- Passionate about marketing and familiar with the latest market trends and creative campaigns
- A creative and persistent problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative and open to learning, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Focused on producing error-free, quality work efficiently and on deadline
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt quickly to the fast-paced working environment
