JOB AND ROLE PURPOSE:

Marketing and Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that leverage social media to drive engagement and sales. This role will be integral to our brand's growth and customer engagement efforts.

MAIN WORK FUNCTION & KEY TASKS:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content tailored to each social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to enhance brand presence.
    • Strategy Implementation: Plan and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
    • Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends and tools to keep our platforms innovative and relevant.

    2. Integrated Marketing:

    • Lead Generation: Utilize social media campaigns to drive lead generation and support sales objectives.
    • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to design and execute marketing strategies aimed at revenue growth and target audience engagement.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertisements and promotions.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data and social media metrics to adjust strategies and enhance effectiveness.

    3. Customer Engagement:

    • Community Interaction: Engage with followers and customers on social media to build a positive brand image and foster community.
    • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Feedback Utilization: Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform service and content improvements.

    4. General Responsibilities:

    • Reporting: Produce regular reports on social media and sales performance, with insights and recommendations for future actions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with F&B and hotel staff to align marketing efforts with operational goals and promotional activities.
    • Brand Champion: Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand by ensuring guest experiences align with brand values, clearly communicating goals to the team, and exemplifying strong work ethic and service. You inspire operational excellence and embody brand values in all leadership actions.

    Other related tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
