We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is well-versed and passionate about social media marketing, digital marketing and its strategic orchestration. An executive who effectively balances the client's objectives to the agency's creative ambitions. A person who can assist to bring to life integrated social campaigns that are well thought through and immaculately executed. An agile thinker who understands the digital world, its trends, and ways to bring ideas to life in unexpected ways for our brand partners. This person must be solution-orientated, and function as a collaborative partner, inspiring and fostering the best collaboration between team members.
Responsibilities:
- Help assist and manage social media campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest level of quality.
- Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity
- Anticipate client needs and develop effective social media campaigns, with agility.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Define key performance indicators and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Use social media marketing tools to monitor campaigns and analyse data obtained.
- Develop detailed social media reports with well-researched insights
- Track SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
- Develop content or assign tasks to content developers.
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key day-to-day clients
- Support the Business Lead to ensure social projects are executed against clear tasks and objectives
- The ability to sell through social media proposals.
