ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform effective market analysis and develop winning business development strategy
  • Drive sales initiatives and new design win effectively to meet/exceed sales target
  • Manage Qdos Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction indicator with effective trigger of action plan for timely gap closure
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

    1.Perform effective market analysis and develop winning business development strategy

    • Perform market trend & competitive analysis to identify business risks and opportunities with appropriate business development strategy
    • Responsible to strengthen customer relationship with existing customers while developing prospective customers
    • Liaison with customer and engineering/operation team to ensure emerging customer requirements are being intercepted timely and proactively e.g. Class III requirements, Multi-Layer Flex, new DFM etc.

    2.Drive sales initiatives and new design win effectively to meet/exceed sales target

    • Drive effective program planning and execution for new design wins which covers initial customer query, sample build/delivery/qualification and mass production start-up
    • Organize product scoping meeting to drive effective risk identification and mitigation plan
    • Ensure timely and effective NPI delivery, quality and issue resolution
    • Drive sample release review to ensure sample quality and documentation fulfil customer expectations
    • Develop a competent and responsive business team and foster strong collaboration with PD/NPI/QA engineering and operational team to exceed customer expectations
    • Develop competitive sales quotation to increase design win probability while retaining the profit margin target

    3.Manage Qdos Sales Performance and Customer Satisfaction indicator with effective trigger of action plan for timely gap closure

    • Perform effective sales trend analysis to establish sales target and growth projection with proactive
    • response on risks/opportunities
    • Monitor NPI Dashboard including sample delivery, Design Win KPIs etc
    • Establish and monitor Customer Satisfaction Index including Customer Quality, Delivery performance etc

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in engineering or business administration, preferably chemical/electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Proficiency in Japanese language level : N2 or N3
  • Min. 3yrs of industry experience especially on program management, sales management or engineering centric focuses
  • Strong in communication and customer relationship management
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
  • Highly motivated and resourceful
