To work with a team to ensure excellent product detailing. Have a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also analyze market trends, develop sales and market survey, recommend improvements, identify opportunities and increase revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customer base.
- Increase sales revenue and achieve sales target set by the company.
- Regular visits and maintain a good business relationship with key customers – doctors, pharmacists, purchasers/buyers and staff nurses.
- Keep excellent and prompt communication between customers and the company pertaining to business.
- Promote product through good product knowledge.
- Improve sales, encourage repeat purchases and increase product usage from customers.
- Report on competitor’s activities and market situation.
- Review regularly the customer master list and recommend for updates.
- Submit monthly sales report and monthly itinerary call plan timely.
- Participate in events, conferences and seminars.
- Work along with immediate supervisor and marketing team during field work.
- Help the marketing team in Market Surveys for existing products and new products.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Must have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skills - interpersonal skill, negotiation skills, presentation skill.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Science background or equivalent.
- Must have 1-3 years of sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry.
