  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Preparation of salary statement.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
  • Apply and renew foreign workers work permit

Job Requirement:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Short notice period will be an added advantage.
  • Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
  • Candidate who may communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu will be added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma of Accountancy/Professional Certificate/Banking or any equivalent.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Nusajaya.
