- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Preparation of salary statement.
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Apply and renew foreign workers work permit
Job Requirement:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Short notice period will be an added advantage.
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
- Candidate who may communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu will be added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma of Accountancy/Professional Certificate/Banking or any equivalent.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Nusajaya.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
- Have some accounting knowledge is preferable.
