Job Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
    • Identify market and lead generation strategies as well as participate in campaigns to create awareness and branding.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify and leverage new sales opportunities.

    2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Create recurring and continued patronage and subscription of products and services
    • Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

    3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Create persuasive value propositions for the company’s services.

    4. Collaborative Engagement:

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
    • Systematically plan and strategise individual sales target and go-to market activities

    5. Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify target segment and pursue opportunities directly.
    • Weekly sales cadence and team meetings

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven consultative sales and market development experience (financial services & software preferred) for Sales Executive role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven sales experience with software products such as accounting, HR, ERP, payments etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin)
