Nature of Business: Furniture for F&B and Hotel, Coffee Bean, Coffee Machine

Your daily task would be:

  • Coordinating on deliveries
  • Ensuring datelines for deliveries are met
  • Prepare for sales documents and purchase documents
  • Involved in sales documentation preparation process, no sales KPI
  • Provide after sales service & maintenance of the furniture
  • Support the deliveries & installation of the furniture
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Liaising with Customers

Requirements:

  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent are welcome
  • Required 2 years of experience in sales coordinator or administration position.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Required language English, Malay & Mandarin
  • Must able to speak Mandarin as you need to liaise with supplier from China
  • Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personalities
  • Must have good problem solving skills
