Upper Palace Dining Group (名門餐饮集团) is an F&B company committed to high-quality food and beverage services and restaurant operations. It operates seven Chinese restaurants in Malaysia: three in Kuala Lumpur (Golden Sun Restaurant, Gold Hill Restaurant, Upper Palace Bukit Jalil) and four in Sabah. All of these restaurants are managed by the group, with a focus on providing classic Cantonese cuisine and exquisite wedding banquets to their customers. Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build and manage a successful team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • To handle customer complaints, feedback and any other unforeseen situations.
  • Ensures the compliance of all Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety practices by the company and government.
  • Work closely with chef on daily operation. Make sure that all subordinates know about each month’s target of sales and work together to achieve the set target.
