  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Main Job Responsibilities

  • To liaise with the related department on inbound and outbound shipment.
  • To liaise with forwarders on the shipment booking and arrangement
  • To prepare/generate shipping documents.
  • Monitor and follow up inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Preparing monthly shipment report and verifying freight invoices.
  • Preparing and applying customs permit and other applications related to LMW.
  • Maintaining all documentation related to shipment and customs.
  • To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior/manager.

    • Job Requirements

    • Cantonese Speaking is a must
    • Possess a minimum Diploma in any discipline
    • At least 1 year working experience in warehousing or shipping
    • Have strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
    • Good knowledge of excel
    • Knowledge of shipping process would be an added advantage
    • Result Oriented
