Job description:

· Lead and execute O+O sales strategies/planning/executions.

· Deploy, manage and maximize trade investment.

· Lead and drive for annual sales plan/JBP.

· Plan for in-store 5Ps executions which include promotions effectiveness

and efficiencies.

· Negotiate on new product launches, space management, additional

secondary displays and on both local and national promotional activities.

· Responsible for trade issues, complaints and day to day operational

matters related to assigned chains.

· To manage the accounts' inventory, ensuring stock availability (on shelf

availability) and order fulfillment.

· Monthly forecast alignment with supply chain and trade marketing

· Provide market intelligence and recommendations.

Requirements:

· Min. Diploma in Business Studies/ Marketing or any related discipline.

· Min 3 years FMCG preferred with experience in skincare/pharmacy

channel.

· A Team player.

· Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.

· Positive, possess analytical skills and interpersonal skill.

· Technical skill:- Microsoft Office, demand planning, sales forecast, key

account management skill.

· Strong business and commercial acumen.
