Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 3+ experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment landscape.
• Must have experience in SAP Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have good experience in Contract Staffing
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better attract talent.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
