• To support in prepare and upgrade safety training syllabus according to road traffic situation data, technology reflection and methodology study.
• To collect, investigate and analyze accident and safety related data and perform study and implement area for improvement.
• To support in communicate Honda safety policies and procedures effectively to all stakeholders.
• To support in liaise and coordinate among and across department / division / business unit / GENPO to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and action as appropriate.
• To support in compiling the monthly, quarterly, and yearly target process; establish and update organic growth targets setting minimum business expectations; assess monthly plan against targets, objectives and lead-year indication; provide summary and analysis report.
• To carry out the cost effectiveness in the section and ensure the expenses and investments met budget allocated.
• To support in coach subordinates to seek continuous improvement of work efficiency in the section.
• To support in execute and determine the best course of action in the situation where a disaster or an unfortunate occurrence threatens the normal operations of Sales Riding target.
• To prioritize on how to maximize performance by enhancing the ability of organization and minimize losses and disruption of operations when calamity strikes by developing improved processes that are more resilient to upheaval.
• To organise administrative task within section included maintains records.
• Undertake and perform any project, task and duties that are assigned by superior after reviewing the needs of organization.
