Litigation Junior Legal Associate/ Litigation Legal Assistant

1) To work with our litigation team in our litigation department;
2) To assist in legal research, court filings, drafting of cause papers, getting involved in getting-up for hearings and trials, and appearing in court etc;
3) To assist in preparing litigation documents for whatever matters handled by our law firm;
4) To maintain and update file status on our operation systems; and,
5) To attend case management, court hearings, trials and meetings.

1) Fresh from pupilage or 1 - 2 years experience in litigation(mainly civil corporate litigation);
2) We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics;
3) Proactive and is a good team player;
4) Able to take instructions from the supervising lawyers and execute them accordingly in a timely manner;
5) Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
6) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; and,
7) Commencement date: Immediately.
