Job description:
- Handling the full spectrum of recruiting and staffing activities while ensuring recruitment procedures and policies are followed.
- To ensure the effectiveness of selecting the right person for the right job and arranging candidates for outlet interviews.
- All the vacant positions are to be filled based on the recruitment plan/ recruitment timeline.
- Create job descriptions [link removed] through the coordinate department manager.
- Post openings in online venues.
- To establish close relationships with local universities, institutes, JTK, Job Malaysia and UTC for future talent pool acquisition through career fairs.
- To maintain a comprehensive recruitment database for further recruitment.
- Conducting exit interviews for leavers (Branches and HQ).
- Prepare monthly reports for HR Manager review purposes.
- Any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
