Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our growing team. As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement through various programs and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in salary reviews, benefits packages, and employee recognition programs.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide necessary support to employees and managers.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for staff development.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other employee development activities.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with best practices.
HR Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in generating HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other workforce analytics.
- Provide recommendations based on data to support HR strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least [1] years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Familiarity with MySyarikat.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
