Responsibilities

As an e-Commerce Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the success of the e-commerce platforms, and the growth of the platforms as part of the business plan. You will be reporting directly to the Management on the day-to-day performance of the platforms.

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platforms including software integrations and partner relationships

• Develop a detailed report with timeline outlining the health of all ongoing projects related to e-commerce platforms

• Analyze, track and report data using relevant e-commerce tools

• Identify and propose clear action plan to increase traffic, conversion rate and customer database

• Observe and report performance of sales, promotions and marketing campaigns related to e-commerce platforms

• Identify, implement and execute strategies to achieve given KPIs

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager or Director to ensure that the website is updated with the relevant marketing assets

• Assist the Management to develop site architecture and optimize processes to support the brand's e-commerce ecosystem

• Assist the Management to identify strategic business partnership and collaboration plans

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce or equivalent

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Good understanding and working experience in UI/UX design preferably in e-Commerce

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Highly organized, self-motivated, result-driven and deadline-oriented

• Good problem solving and negotiation skills

• Able to start as soon as possible will be an advantage
