Job Description:
- Utilize your organizational ability to process job orders promptly, aligning with customer requirements and maintaining compliance with the Integrated Management System.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in logistics land transportation industry. Receive high acknowledgement and complement from customers on job commitment.
- Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently under pressure and sustaining demanding work environments with positive mindset. High attribute in urgency for meeting task deadline.
