- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans and tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Set sales targets, quotas and goals for individual team members and monitor performance against targets

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales management to drive innovation and continuos improvement.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong understanding of sales principle, techniques and best practices

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
