Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll for all employees and ensure verification and approval are obtained prior to salary out
  • Liaise with Government bodies on all statutory requirement & monthly payment submission on timely manner with accuracy
  • Compile compensation and benefits data for analysis and proposal including but not limited to leave entitlement, salary and benefits trend and employee related statistical data such as length of service, staff turnover, gender ratio and etc.
  • Assist to coordinate HR induction, external & internal training preparation, coordination and documentation
  • Manage query management related to compensation & benefits including payroll, leave entitlement, medical, insurance
  • Responsible for daily HR correspondence and disciplinary related matter including investigation and necessary documents
  • Create and update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Observe any changes in government regulation and to prepare and update necessary HR policies and procedure
  • Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer- employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Assists to establish departmental of company safety and health programs
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Assists to establish departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company’s strategic goals
  • To in charge of foreign worker management matters
  • Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions including enhancement of recruitment process
  • To handle & advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances and terminations and other employee related matters in compliance with local labour laws/ Industrial relations act as well as Employment Act
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
  • Plan and direct training for employees

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration or equivalent legislation
  • Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words & Power point.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid driving license. (Class D)
  • Meticulous and with great attention details.
  • Demonstrate good working attitude and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
